Live Hard, Love Hard & RUN to Jesus!

I really missed Brockie today. I just know he would have rocked the cub dash this year! I love Ms. Nita's latest post. It brought back a bunch of memories from last year's Polar Bear run. http://nitameadows.blogspot.com/

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

- Hebrews 12:1-2

His Kid said...

I know a lot of people miss Brock, me included. I only got to know Brock for about a month, but I treasure that month. Every time I see his picture, I go back to that night and remember all that happened. It took me a while after that to get to the realization that Brock was really gone. It's sad, and I miss Brock every time I see his picture. I know that this has been hard on the Meadows. But I have seen God's hand with the Meadows and I know that He is carrying each Meadow in His arms right now. I know this is an especially hard time cause Brock got to run his first Polar Bear Run. But right now, Brock is up top, running on God's roads paved with gold.

Psalm 139:10 says," Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me." God is with us wherever we go, and he is still here right now carrying us through our pain. I know a lot of tears have been cried and are being cried. Even at just the age of two, Brock taught us all something important that we need to remember every time we think of him. Live Hard, Love Hard, and Run To Jesus.
