We met this bird back in the fall while in Blue Ridge. Poor thing was so dumb, he let us pick him up.
"Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."

Sweet Stubby - I beg to differ, Lindsey - Stubby isn't dumb. I think he wanted to sacrifice flight for humoring us with his presence! How many people are able to have their picture taken with such a precious creature? The picture made me smile today - thanks! Mrs.E
